B08: Spatial and epigenetic plasticity during leukemia development

Project B08 will unravel the spatial and epigenetic plasticity during leukemia development and targeted therapeutic intervention by using a pre-leukemic Npm1c knock-in mouse model, single cell multiomics approaches and spatial profiling of the bone marrow microenvironment. B08 will characterize the pre-leukemic niche of L-HSC clones resistant to epigenetic therapy, and the underlying mechanisms that support resistance to targeted epigenetic therapies.
